Preparing for your VIDEO montage:

This page will help you to organize your photos, movie clips and song selections before sending them to Poppleton Video Productions.

Please follow this step by step process for completion of your montage:

Get all of your materials together that you want to use. Please make sure to take all pictures out of frames before sending.
Once you have gathered all of your photos you will need to organize them in the way you would like them to appear in the montage. You will need to label each picture on the back (if you do not wish to write on them, a post-it note works great). So the first photo you wish to appear in the montage label as number 1, and so on from there. If you do not wish to organize your photos or music, Poppleton Video Productions will organize in a way we feel will best convey the story.
If you are sending in a video clip please be sure to have the tape qued to the scene you wish to add. If you have more then one clip on different cassettes, please be sure the clearly label them.
Download and print out the order form.
Fill out the order form, making sure to circle the package that you want. This is where you will make note of any additions to you package (for example adding more photos beyond your package limit).

When you have filled out your entire order form, mail it along with your materials and payment to:

Once we receive your materials and payment, we will begin the process of making your montage. We will use the contact information provided on the order form if we have any questions.
It will take 2-3 weeks for us to complete your customized montage.
Once your montage is complete, we will ship it, along with all of your materials sent to Poppleton Video Productions, back to you via USPS.
